Product Description: Goldenfry Yorkshire Pudding & Pancake Mix is a 142g sachet of mix that can be used to make both Yorkshire puddings and pancakes. It is made from a blend of wheat flour, milk powder, salt, and dried egg powder. It is free from artificial flavours and preservatives.

To make Yorkshire puddings, preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius and grease a 12-hole muffin tin with oil. Mix the contents of the sachet with 220ml of cold water and 2 medium eggs until smooth. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

To make pancakes, mix the contents of the sachet with 250ml of cold water and 1 medium egg until smooth. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
